TERRI T. MOSLEMS COMPLAINT IN INTERVENTION
NOW Terri T. Mosley, Plaintiff-Intervenor, and for her
Complaint in Intervention against Defendant Dolgencorp, LLC,
d/b/a Dollar General, shows the Court as follows:
an action brought by the Equal Employment Opportunity
Commission ("EEOC") under Title I of the Americans
with Disabilities Act, as amended ("ADA") and Title
I of the Civil Rights Act of 1991, to correct unlawful
employment practices on the basis of disability and to
provide appropriate relief to Plaintiff-Intervenor Terri T.
Mosley ("Mosley"), who was adversely affected by
Mosley seeks to redress the discrimination against her in
violation of the ADA including based on being regarded as
having a disability and Defendants denial of employment to
Mosley because of her disability.
bases for jurisdiction are set forth in the Complaint filed
by the EEOC in this action ("Complaint"), ¶1.
is proper in this Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1391 and
42 U.S.C. § 2000e-5(f)(3). The unlawful employment
practices alleged below were committed in the Southern
District of the State of Georgia, and the Defendant has
substantial contacts with this judicial district.

sales associate from the Defendant.
