July 27, 2015

ROBERT LEE JONES, Petitioner,
v.

WILLIAM T. MOORE, Jr., District Judge.

Before the Court are the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation (Doc. 15) and Supplemental Report and Recommendation (Doc. 18), to which objections have been filed (Doc. 20).[1] After a careful de novo review of the record, the Court concludes that Petitioner's objections are without merit. As a result, Respondent's Motion to Dismiss (Doc. 8) is GRANTED and Petitioner's 28 U.S.C. ยง 2254 Petition, including all amendments, is DISMISSED. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to close this case.

SO ORDERED.
