GERALD E. BROCKINGTON, Plaintiff,
v.
GEORGIA DEPARTMENT OF, CORRECTIONS, et al., Defendants.

MARC T. TREADWELL, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge Charles H. Weigle (Doc. 26) on the Defendants' motions to dismiss (Docs. 11; 23). The Court has reviewed the Recommendation and accepts and adopts the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the Magistrate Judge.[1] The Recommendation is ADOPTED and made the order of this Court. Accordingly, the Defendants' motions to dismiss (Docs. 11; 23) are GRANTED, and the Plaintiff's complaint is DISMISSED.

SO ORDERED.
