William C. O'Kelley, Senior United States District Judge.
The court has received the magistrate judge's report and recommendation filed on December 18, 2014. Pursuant to Rule 11, Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure, the report and recommendation is hereby adopted and made the order of this court. The plea of guilty of the defendant to count one of the indictment, is hereby accepted, and the defendant is hereby adjudged guilty of said offense(s). Sentence is hereby scheduled for, Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at 10:30 am. in the Third Floor Courtroom, United States Courthouse and Federal Building, 121 Spring Street, S.E., Gainesville, Georgia.
The clerk is directed to serve a copy of this order upon the defendant, the defendant's attorney, the United States attorney, the United States Probation Office, and the United States Marshal.
