ORDER

RICHARD W. STORY, UNITED STATES DISTRICT JUDGE.

This case is before the Court for consideration of the Report and Recommendation [5] of Magistrate Judge Justin S. Anand. After reviewing the Report and Recommendation, it is received with approval and adopted as the Opinion and Order of this Court. Accordingly, the United States' Petition to Enforce Internal Revenue Service Summons is GRANTED, and respondent Darrell J. Terrell is ORDERED to appear before Revenue Officer Andrea Porter within thirty (30) days of the issuance of this Order and fully comply with the summons at that time. Respondent is admonished that failure to comply with the IRS summons could result in a finding that he is in contempt of court.
